Current notifications for unit owners
There is no overnight parking allowed in the common elements (areas) of Hangman’s Gulch
Storage Condominiums. This includes limited common elements, e.g. the parking aprons in front
of units, which are restricted to the unit owner’s exclusive use. These limited common elements
are subject to the same limitations & restrictions as common areas.
If a unit owner is leasing/renting their unit, please inform your tenants. Overnight parking is
automatically recorded via the 24-hour surveillance of the facility.

Please be aware that signs are not permitted anywhere in the areas of A, B, C, & D buildings.
If a unit owner is leasing/renting their unit, please inform your tenants.

ARTICLE VIII
Permissible Use and Regulation of Uses
K. Signs. Except as allowed in connection with a Commercial/Flex Unit, no sign of any
kind shall be displayed from the exterior of any Unit or from the Common Elements
without the prior written consent of the Declarant prior to the sale by the Declarant of
the last Unit and thereafter by the Board, pursuant to the rules and regulations adopted
thereby. The Board may consider allowing the use of(1) a temporary magnetic sign
upon written request of the Unit Owner only for the purposes of selling or renting a
Unit, and (2) small security system decals that may be placed between the deadbolt and
lever set on the exterior door to a Unit. With the exception of the aforementioned
security decals, USE OF ADHESIVE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION TAPE, DECALS, SILICONE, GLUE, ETC. ON THE EXTERIOR OF A
GARAGE UNIT IS SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED.
